I am an LPCC , graduating from Colorado Christian University in 2024.
I am also a mother of two, wife, musician, artist, creator, and spirit seeker. My own personal journey of highs and lows, which included a round of postpartum depression and anxiety after my first child, led me to become a guide and supporter for other women and AFAB folks going through their own complex journeys into parenthood.
As a child of a transgender parent, I am and will always be an LGBTQIA+ ally.
I am also a spiritual person, and grew up in the Methodist church, but don't ascribe to any one faith now, though I believe in a power bigger than ourselves. I hold faith and beliefs of clients with tenderness and understanding.
My services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, with a focus on identity, intuition, self-compassion, cycle breaking, and joy. I utilize a holistic approach to counseling, focusing on mind, body, and soul. When desired, faith-based counseling is available.

I am able to take most major insurance and all but one RAE of Colorado Medicaid. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific insurance.
